Hi, I was not able to make my September 2015 mortgage payment. I set-up a payment plan with the mortgage company and paid the payment along with my regular payment during October, November, December and January. I made all those payment on the agreed upon date and for the amount agreed upon. The mortgage company reported my account as late for October, November and December. I did not realize that this would happen. Is this what is generally done I am now getting a divorce and would like to purchase the house by refinancing the mortgage, but with these late payments I will probably not be able to.
